The Evergreen State College women's basketball team fell to Oregon Tech 101-89 Saturday night at the Danny Miles Court in Oregon.
Evergreen was led by Trinity Betoney, who had 33 points, Jerri Maluyo had 20 points, Merrily Jones added 14 points and Anna Cook had 10 points. Cook led on the rebounds with seven.
Oregon Tech was led by Kristin Farrell, who had 23 points and both Maddyson Tull and Courtney Clemmer both recorded 20 points. Abby Kreiser had 15 assists and Kreiser and Amanda Constant both had seven rebounds.
The Owls shot 60 percent for the game to Evergreen's 47.7 percent. OIT held on to the lead for the whole game and had its largest lead of 15 in the second quarter.
Evergreen is back in action at home on Friday against Warner Pacific and face Multnomah on Saturday for Senior Day. Both games will start at 5:30 p.m.
