Box Score MCMINNVILLE, Ore. – Matthew Jordan scored his second goal on the season as The Evergreen State College men's soccer team fell to Linfield 3-1 Monday night.

Linfield was the first to get on the scoreboard at 12:46 by Seamus Miller and assist from Romario Mendoza. The Wildcats scored again at 16:40 by Mendoza, who dibbled up the middle and scored.

Evergreen got on the board at 19:47 by Matthew Jordan, who beat two defenders and was open at the bottom corner of the box and scored.

Linfield scored again at 54:14 by Cesar Espindola, who received the ball from Harrison Davis.

The Geoducks recorded 21 shots for the game with eight on goal to Linfield's 12 shots and four on goal.

Tristan Glaser was back in the net for Evergreen in the first half and Colin Hauser came in for the second half.

Evergreen is back in action on September 17th at 1 p.m. against Southern Oregon to open the Cascade Collegiate Conference play on the road. The Geoducks will then face Oregon Tech at Noon on September 18th. Evergreen will be back at home on September 24th at 12:30 p.m. against Rocky Mountain.
