SPRINGFIELD, Ore. – In their ninth consecutive postseason appearance, the Geoducks played the opening round of the CCC tournament against College of Idaho. Evergreen was held scoreless and defeated 2-0.  
 
The Geoducks (6-8-4) were outshot 19-5 by the Yotes (11-3-3) in the match. Despite the limited shot attempts, Evergreen generated quality shots as four of their five shots were on goal. Jesus Flores (3) and Daniel Aguilar Fuentes (1) recorded the shots on goal for the Geoducks.
 
The Geoducks ended the 2023 season sitting at sixth place in conference, three places higher than their preseason poll prediction of ninth place. More information available at gogeoducks.com.
