Last year, she won the NAIA National Championship in the indoor 3,000-meter race walk in track and field in 13:53.46 and placed second in the outdoor 5,000-meter race walk with a time of 23:22.79 ... Also, in the spring of 2025, Trefts won the Cascade Collegiate Conference title in the 5,000-meter race walk in 23:55.48 to earn All-Conference honors ... Placed seventh in the nation in the 3,000-meter race walk at the USATF Indoor Championships in 2025 ... Was a scoring runner for Evergreen at the 2025 CCC Cross Country Championships ... Transferred to Evergreen prior to the 2024-25 academic year ...Won the NAIA National Championship in the the indoor 3,000-meter race walk in 2023 prior to transferring to the Geoducks ...
