Evergreen

James Chandler is in his fifth season as an assistant women's basketball coach at The Evergreen State College in 2024-25. Chandler is in his 30th year coaching women's basketball. He also has 10 years of coaching experience with women's softball.

Prior to becoming a coach, Chandler served 15 years in the U.S. Army. He is a combat veteran. In addition, he is retired as an environment outreach education and program manager with the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife.
