During the 2025 season, Trefts is a senior for the Geoducks on the women's cross country team ... This past spring, she won the NAIA National Champonship in the indoor 3,000-meter race walk in track and field, and placed second in the outdoor 5,000-meter race walk ...Also, in the spring of 2025, Trefts won the Cascade Collegiate Conference title in the 5,000-meter race walk to earn All-Conference honors ... Placed seventh in the nation in the 3,000-meter race walk at the USATF Indoor Championships in 2025 ... Transferred to Evergreen prior to the 2024-25 academic year from Columbia College in South Carolina ... Competed in cross country and track and field at Columbia ...Won an NAIA National Championship in the the indoor 3,000-meter race walk while attending Columbia in 2023 ... Was a four-time conference champion and a four-time All-America selection ... Qualified for the Dean's List ... Also competed at Old Town High School in Maine ...
