OLYMPIA, Wash. - Three members of The Evergreen State women's basketball team scored in double figures to lead the Geoducks to an exciting 79-77 win over Northwest University on Tuesday night at the Costantino Recreation Center.
The Geoducks (7-12, 5-10 CCC) scored a season-high 79 points in the win as
Sha'nece Garret scored a season-high 28 points to lead Evergreen State. She was joined in double figures by
Trinity Betoney and
Jalyn Sackrider, who added 16 and 10 points, respectively.
The Eagles (13-10, 7-9 CCC) were paced by a game-high 32 points from Sam VanLoo, who was joined in double figures by Grace Meza and Livi Lindsey, who poured in 11 and 10 points, respectively.

Jackie Robinson, the team successfully executed a play drawn up for Betoney, who hit her third 3-pointer of the game to put the home team back in front with less than a minute to go en route to the victory.
Next, the Geoducks will continue its homestand with a matchup against Warner Pacific on Friday, Feb. 4 at 5:30 p.m. and Multnomah on Saturday, Feb. 5 at 3 p.m.
