EUGENE, Ore. – The Evergreen women's soccer team was defeated 3-1 by Bushnell.
Cayla Muenchow recorded the lone goal for the Geoducks.
TESC's (1-7-1, 1-5-0) offense struggled in their matchup with the Beacons (4-3-1, 3-1-1) as they were out shot in the match 5-14.
After Bushnell score the first two goals of the match in the 11
th minute and the 28
th minute,
Cayla Muenchow put Evergreen on the board with a goal in the 34
th minute of the match to cut into the deficit 2-1.
Some defensive miscues happened and TESC surrendered an own goal just before the half to take a 3-1 deficit into the break.
The second half was much less eventful as the defenses settled into the match and the score held up 3-1 in favor of Bushnell.
