Molly Packer is in her first season as an assistant volleyball coach at The Evergreen State College in 2025. Packer played volleyball for the Geoducks in 2024 and was named Honorable Mention All-Cascade Collegiate Conference.
Packer played in all 26 matches and 95 sets in 2024. She topped the Geoducks with 495 digs to rank second on Evergreen's all-time single season list. She averaged 5.21 digs per set and recorded 10 or more digs in 24 of 26 matches.
She earned a high of 36 digs against Northwest University on Sept. 17 and against Multnomah on Oct. 19 to tie for fourth all-time at Evergreen for digs in a match. She was selected as the Most Valuable Player for the Geoducks.
During her college career, Packer competed at Montana State University-Billings and Tacoma Community College before arriving at Evergreen. She has coached for several years with club teams in the Pacific Northwest, and also coached for one season at Thomas Jefferson High School.
