In the final match of the regular season, The Evergreen State College men's soccer team fell 2-1 on Saturday at Black Hills High School.

Mitchell Balmer got things started for Evergreen in the 13th minute with the assist from Tino Pantaleon but the Owls had an answer at 15:35 by Jack Warner and the assist from Lucas Hale.

With the match tied at the half, Warner scored the game-winning goal at 78:41 with the assist from Hale and Daniel Blessinger.

OIT recorded 12 shots for the match with four on goal. Evergreen had nine shots for the match with four on goal.

Tristan Glaser was back in the net for Evergreen and recorded two saves. Mitchell Jillson picked up the win with three saves.

Oregon Tech qualified for the Cascade Collegiate Conference with the win. Evergreen will find out its fate after the weekend.
