OLYMPIA, Wash. –
Sierra Wolff recorded 41 assists to break The Evergreen State College volleyball career record in the 3-1 (13-25, 25-17, 25-18, 25-17) win over Southern Oregon Friday night in the Costantino Recreation Center.
Wolff broke the record of 2,389 career assists set by Hanna Plunk from 2001-04. Currently, Wolff had 2,414 assists in her career, that includes the 41 assists she had tonight to go along with seven digs.
Zoe Shaw recorded 18 kills for the match and seven digs.
Lily Stewart had 11 kills and
Taylor Suka recorded 10.
Sage Burgmeier led in the back row with 18 digs.
Hailey Van Well recorded 11 kills for the match for SOU and Simone Gordan had 10. Gwen Sheldon had 15 assists and Taylor Russell recorded 14. Hannah Stadstad led in the back row with 16 digs.
Evergreen recorded nine serving aces for the match and 15 block solos, with six coming from
Lily Stewart. The Raiders recorded 31 errors for the match and only hit a .065. Evergreen hit a .194 for the match.
Evergreen has now swept the Raiders this season winning 3-0 on the road earlier this year.

The Geoducks are back in action tomorrow at home for a 6 p.m. match against Oregon Tech.
