EUGENE, Ore. – The Evergreen State College volleyball team fell 3-0 (19-25, 19-25, 18-25) to No. 23 Bushnell Saturday evening at Morse Center.
Evergreen was led by
Zoe Shaw, who had 11 kills and 21 digs for a double-double.
Sierra Wolff recorded 29 assists for the match and
Sage Burgmeier was in the back row with 11 digs.
Bushnell, ranked 23 in the NAIA Coaches Poll, was led by Camille Guerrero, who had 13 kills and Halle Neumann added 10. Callie Wilkins led in the back row with 14 digs and Makenna Northern had 33 assists.
The Geoducks hit a .122 for the match and best .143 in the final set. The Beacon hit a .228 for the match and best .245 in the final set. The Geoducks had 19 attacking errors for the match and three serving errors.
The Beacon had eight blocks for the match and eight serving aces.
Evergreen is back in action to close out the regular season at home. The Geoducks will face The College of Idaho on Friday at 7 p.m. and see Eastern Oregon at 5 p.m. on Saturday.
