KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. – The Evergreen State College women's soccer team fell to No. 21 Oregon Tech 2-0 Saturday afternoon.

The Owls got on the scoreboard at 42:40 by Shalynai Naputi and assist from Olivia Kreiser. The final goal of the game came at 68:38 by Mehana Ortiz, who scored her second goal on the season.

Evergreen recorded six shots for the game with three on goal. Sunny Bieber recorded two shots on goal, while Brieanna Dell had one shot on goal. Oregon Tech had 27 shots for the game with six on goal.

Lucky Backus was in the net for Evergreen and had four saves.

The Geoducks are back in action at home on Friday, Sept. 24th against Rocky Mountain at 3:00 p.m.
