OLYMPIA, Wash. – University of Providence scored the lone goal in the second half and The Evergreen State College women's soccer team fell 0-1 Saturday afternoon at the Geoduck Pitch.

The Argos lone goal was at 48:53 by Megan Haugen. Providence recorded 12 shots for the game with 10 in the first half.

Evergreen recorded 12 shots for the game with two in the second half. Madison Spenker recorded four shots for Evergreen and Sunny Bieber had three. Lucky Backus was back in the net and had three saves.

The Geoducks are back in action on Sunday at 3 p.m. local time to see Carroll.
