Four Geoducks in Spring Sports are Named NAIA Scholar-Athletes

OLYMPIA, Wash. – Four student-athletes from The Evergreen State College have qualified for the list of NAIA Scholar-Athletes for the 2025-26 spring seasons. Including honorees during the fall and winter seasons, Evergreen received a total of 28 NAIA Scholar-Athlete awards this year.

NAIA Scholar-Athlete honorees in spring sports have earned a 3.5 cumulative grade point average or higher (on a 4.0 scale), appeared on the eligibility certificate for their sport, attended their institution for at least one academic year, and attained sophomore or higher academic status.

Evergreen does not give letter grades, but the academic accomplishments of the nominated student-athletes were converted to a 4.0 GPA scale. Also, the Geoducks were listed with their areas of academic emphasis rather than majors.
