Box Score EUGENE, Ore. - Northwest Christian outscored the visiting Evergreen Geoducks by 19 points in the second half Saturday night on the way to a 71-51 victory in Cascade Collegiate Conference women's basketball action inside Morse Event Center.
Anna Cook scored 19 points,
Deidra Miller added 11 points and seven rebounds and
Merrily Jones collected eight points and eight rebounds for the Geoducks (0-17 overall, 0-13 CCC), who trailed 28-27 at the half.
Morgan McKInnney scored 14 points for the Beacons (9-15, 6-9), who shot 65.4 percent in the second half, including 10-for-13, or 76.9 percent, in the final quarter.
Evergreen finished the game shooting 34.5 percent overall and just 23.5 percent (4-for-17) from beyond the arc.
The Geoducks play a final three-game home stand starting on Friday, Feb. 1, against College of Idaho, with tipoff slated for 5:30 p.m. inside Costantino Recreation Center.
