Box Score Multnomah shot 22-for-44 from three-point range to defeat The Evergreen State College, 100-82, in a Cascade Collegiate Conference men's basketball game played Friday night inside Costantino Recreation Center.

Ben Grandle was 10-for-14 from long range in scoring 36 points and Brett Blackstock added 26 for the Lions (8-20 overall, 5-14 CCC), who were 16-for-31 from beyond the arc in the first half alone.

Dustin Meade knocked down a jumper a few seconds into the game to give the hosts the lead, but once the Lions went ahead on the first of Grandle's 10 treys about two minutes in, they never again trailed.

Multnomah built a 55-39 lead by the half and led by no less than 11 points throughout the final period. 

Grandle not only led the visitors in scoring, he also grabbed a team-high nine rebounds and contributed three assists and two steals to the win. Blackstock was 11-for-15 overall, including 3-for-5 from long range, and he had six rebounds and three assists. Darius Redrick added 11 points, five assists and three steals for Multnomah, which shot 52 percent overall (35-for-67) in addition to taking a 34-31 edge in rebounding.

Evergreen got 15 points and eight assists from Pat Ling, 14 points from Kevin Clayton Jr., 11 points apiece from Malik Redmond and Meade, and a game-high 11 rebounds from Ryan Quigley.

The Geoducks, who shot 54 percent overall (34-for-63), finish their season tomorrow night at home against Warner Pacific, while Multnomah plays at Northwest University for a potential conference tournament playoff berth.
