The Evergreen State College men's basketball team will close out the 2019 year on the road in Oregon with Cascade Collegiate Conference games. The Geoducks will face Northwest Christian on Friday and see Corban on Saturday. Both games are played at 7:30 p.m.
About Evergreen: The Geoducks are 3-5 overall and 0-2 in league play. Evergreen is on a four-game losing streak and fell on Monday to Lewis-Clark State College. The Geoducks are led by

LaBrandon Price averages 12.6 points a game and 5.5 rebounds a game.
Desmond Hudson leads on the boards with 5.6.
About Northwest Christian: The Beacon are 6-5 overall and 1-0 in conference play. NCU is on a 5-game winning streak and defeated Pacific Luthern at home last weekend. The Beacon are led by Ernest Ugoagu, who averages 16.8 points a game and Stevie Schlabach averages 13.9 points a game. Shawn Carson leads on the rebounds with 5.8.
Recent Results: Evergreen in 1-11 against NCU. The Geoducks have falling in the last three games. The last win came in 2017-18 in Eugene with a score of 81-80.
About Corban: The Warriors are 7-6 overall and 1-2 in conference play. Corban fell to Northwest Christian and split with Walla Walla earlier this season. The Warriors are led by Elijah Welch, who averages 11.4 points per game, Beau Roggenbach averages 11.2 points a game and Denis Kirichenko averages 11 points a game. Isaiah Quintero leads on the rebounds with an average of 8.3 a game.
Recent Results: Evergreen is 5-7 overall against Corban. For the last four seasons, the teams have been splitting the series with each team winning at home. The Warriors won in Salem and Evergreen won 72-72 in Olympia last season.
