FOREST GROVE, Ore. – The Evergreen State College women's soccer team fell 2-0 to Pacific University Friday night.

The Boxers recorded two first-half goals to receive the win. The first goal of the game came in the first minute by Lydia King. The final goal came at 27:40 by Emma Gusman.

Evergreen recorded eight shots with seven being on goal. Colbi Stewart was back in the net for Evergreen and recorded five saves.

The Geoducks will open Cascade Collegiate Conference play on the road in Montana. The Geoducks will face Carroll College on Friday, Sept. 20 at 2 p.m. MST and see Providence at 1 p.m. MST on Saturday, Sept. 21.
