The Evergreen State College women's soccer team will take its two-game winning streak on the road up the I-5 to Northwest for the lone match this weekend on Saturday at 1 p.m.

About Geoducks: Evergreen is 3-9-1 overall and 3-6-0 in conference play defeating Multnomah 2-0 and Warner Pacific 3-2 in overtime this past weekend. The Geoducks are led by
Madison Spenker, who has six goals and an assist for the season.

Lucky Backus is back in the net for Evergreen and has 107 saves. She has picked up the three wins and also has a shutout for this season.
About Northwest: The Eagles are 6-6-3 overall and 5-2-2 in conference play and on a three-match winning streak, including defeating Warner Pacific 5-0 and Multnomah 4-0 this past weekend. Northwest is led by Callie Barnett and Claire Jo Diede, who have both scored six goals this season. Kierstin Patefield is back in the net and has 53 saves.
Next Home Contest: Evergreen will close out the season at home on Friday, Oct. 29 against The College of Idaho and see Eastern Oregon on Saturday, Oct.30. Both matches will be played at 3 p.m.
