OLYMPIA, Wash. -- The Evergreen State College was picked 11th in the 2025-26 Cascade Collegiate Conference Men's Basketball Preseason Poll released by the conference office. College of Idaho, the defending CCC regular season and tournament champion, as well as the 2024-25 NAIA National Champion, was selected to win the 2025-26 CCC title.

In this year's Preseason Poll, the Yotes from College of Idaho received 117 points and eight first place votes. The Yotes finished the season with a 35-2 overall record and a 21-1 record in the CCC.

Listed second in the 2025-26 poll was Southern Oregon University with two first place votes and 103 points. Lewis-Clark State College followed in third with 93 points, while Oregon Tech was fourth with 88 points. Eastern Oregon University held fifth place in the poll with one first place vote and 80 points. 

Bushnell University was sixth in the poll and received 67 points. Corban University was seventh at 51, Northwest University was eighth at 47, Warner Pacific University held ninth place at 42. Walla Walla University was 10th with 20 points and Evergreen was 11th with 18 points.

Key returning players for Evergreen are Bradley Graham (Sr., G), Nathan Behr (Sr., F), and Jemoi Davis (Sr., W). Graham averaged 12.6 points and 2.1 assists per game, while shooting 40.0% (38 of 95) from 3-point range. Behr averaged 5.1 points per game and provide 1.6 rebounds per contest. Davis earned 3.6 points and 3.6 rebounds per game.

The Geoducks are set to open the season on Sunday, Oct. 26 with a home game against the University of Montana Western. Game time at the Costantino Recreation Center is scheduled for 12 p.m. PDT.
