Joseph Chosen Honorable Mention All-CCC in Men's Basketball

OLYMPIA, Wash.Jourdan Joseph (Sr., G) from The Evergreen State College has been named Honorable Mention All-Cascade Collegiate Conference in men's basketball, as voted on by the CCC head coaches. Joseph was the Geoducks' leading scorer and was ranked fourth in scoring in the CCC.

The 2024-25 All-CCC Men's Basketball Team included 25 players. Fifteen players were chosen for the First Team, with 10 players receiving Honorable Mention.

Joseph earned 344 points this season for 16.4 points per game. He saw action in 21 games with 19 starts. He also provided Evergreen with 3.2 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 1.2 steals per game. He ranked fourth in the CCC in free throw percentage at 84.8%, as he converted 112 of 132 free throw attempts.

He was 12th in the CCC in 3-point field goals made (1.8 avg.) and was 13th in 3-point field goal percentage (39.6%, 38 of 96). He finished 14th in the conference in steals per game.

"We are very excited for Jourdan Joseph to be recognized for his hard work and his skill on the court," Evergreen Head Men's Basketball Coach Cameron Swanson said. "You could definitely tell he was the main focus of our opponents' scouting reports against us. I am very thankful for the opportunity to be a part of his journey on and off the court. He may not have seen the gratification right away from our record this past year, but he laid the foundation for our returners and incoming guys moving forward. We are very proud to call him a Geoduck!"

Joseph played two seasons (2022-23 and 2024-25) at Evergreen after competing at Tacoma Community College. He is from Tacoma, Washington, where he attended Mount Tahoma High School.

At Evergreen, Joseph scored a career-high 30 points against Multnomah on Feb. 7, 2025 while hitting 12 of 13 free throws. He earned a career-high 10 assists against Corban University on Feb. 16, 2025 and registered a career-high five steals versus Eastern Oregon on Feb. 17, 2023.

In his two seasons with the Geoducks, he scored 574 points for 15.1 points per game. He also recorded 114 rebounds, 86 assists, 57 steals, and 12 blocked shots.
